Complete this form to order a "Food Factor" FIRST LEGO League T-Shirt from Robotics Learning for the 2011 FLL Season.
This is an exclusive design, available only from Robotics Learning.
This shirt printing is being set up as a cooperative effort among several FLL Teams. Only registered FLL teams may order these shirts. By pooling orders from several teams and sharing the shirt back design, we are able to get an affordable price for full color (5 ink process!) artwork on a high quality shirt with choice of shirt color.
You can optionally have "COACH" printed above the artwork on some of the shirts (no extra charge).
A team name or single color logo can be added to the opposite side for an extra $20 per color plus $1 per shirt per color. Enter details in the Comments field and follow up with email.

Quantity Discounts:

Orders of 10 or more shirts receive a 5% discount
Orders of 20 or more shirts receive a 10% discount
(discounts are not applied to the cost of team name or logo printing, or oversize shirt charges)

8.25% Sales tax added to orders in California.
Minimum shipping and handling is $6. Typical S&H is 8% for larger orders. FedEx Ground delivery estimate is 2 to 5 business days (depending on distance from Santa Clara, California).
Will-call orders paid by check avoid S&H charges (pick up is in Santa Clara, California).
If you are planning to order shirts later, please send me an email ASAP to help me plan for your order.
There will probably be two printings this season. If you have a particular deadline, email to check on expected delivery.

The 1st printing order deadline HAS PAST: October 12, 2011 with shirts shipping or available to pick around October 21.
The 2nd printing order deadline is November 2, 2011 with shirts shipping or available to pick around November 11.
Shipping usually takes from 1 to 5 business days (via Fed Ex Ground) depending on your distance from Santa Clara, California.

Custom artwork must be submitted or requested at least three days before the order deadline.
Submit your order now to avoid missing the final print run.
Note: "one color" for custom artowork means only one color, otherwise extra setup charges will apply. You can specify the ink color.
